The farm came with 400 Christmas trees (that Scott had planted 12 years ago), so Mike (a retired volunteer firefighter, EMT and EMS trainer) suggested that we donate 250 trees to the Wilmot Fire Department to start an annual Christmas tree sale, as Mike had done when we lived in CT. The Christmas tree sale was a great success, and brought some well-needed funds to the department. We have only a few trees left and we’ll donate the rest to the Wilmot Fire Department again this year. Be on the lookout for their Christmas Tree sale starting after Thanksgiving 2021!
